Ok, you should have installed Winamp 2.x .

Before installing the Dj you should exit Winamp.

Download Dj Quarc.

Start the downloaded executable file. (This should start Winamp and bring up the Dj's welcome message.) 

In the options dialog set up you cache path and size. 

Now you're ready to start: Scan in your CDs and your HD partitions.
